Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policies
- RENEWAL POLICY FOR AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS
We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. When we renew your subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew.
Until you cancel, billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your purchase.

- Cancelling Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
If you have purchased an automatically renewing subscription on 3rabtools.com, and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by logging in to 3rabtools.com, clicking the “My Account” tab, and click on “View” button of your subscription, then click the “Cancel Subscription” button. Except as provided below, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.
- Seeking a Refund for Subscriptions
If after cancelling your subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us with the request within one day of your initial purchase (i.e. the first time we charge you). If you cancel during that initial one day time period, we will refund your first monthly subscription fee but only if we fail to deliver, or if we couldn’t fix any issues our you might have.
If you choose to cancel your subscription beyond the one day time period, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to revise the terms of these policies. Any changes made will apply to all subscriptions created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
